This website is a tribute to our Founders, Don and Susan Cox.
When Don and Susan envisioned For the Love of Christi (named for the beautiful daughter they lost more than 20 years ago) they
held to a few simple but extraordinary principles:
Our grief support services would always be free. Our center would not be clinical, but more of a warm and caring place where our hearts would speak to the grieving more than our heads. We would judge no one and embrace all with love regardless of their circumstances or how their loved one died. And our support facilitators would have suffered their own losses similar to those they offered support. Through the years, more than 70,000 Austin area folks have found a heart connection with us as they faced the loss of a loved one. We know grief, we know how much it hurts, and we can help.
